President Donald opened the meeting and extended a welcome to all.

1) Attendance: there were 9 people in attendance , no phone hook up was provided for this meeting

a. Diane updated the group regarding her glomus tumor
b. Christina updated the group on her Acoustic neuroma
c. Other stories were shared

3) Web site:
a. Valorie updated everyone on enhancements to the web site inclusive of the reformatted message board
b. Activity on the web site was between 20-25K hits per month

4) Patti updated the group on changes within the Accuray organization as well as new installs of Cyberknife’s

5) Next meeting will be held on Saturday October 16th at Accuray at 10 am
